Owners Lee-Anne and Julie have a vast backgrounds working with trades, they know how to speak the ‘lingo’, ask all the right questions and recognize value & quality vs inexperienced, unreliable contractors.
We are a family run business and together with our ‘brother’ company ValleyWide Contracting we offer a full service package for all your home renovation needs.
The Initial Consultation
Depending on the request or requirements of the job at hand; we like to send one representative from ValleyWide and one from NovaRae. ValleyWide is able to assess building code, permit, and structural requirements, answer any technical questions and go through a detailed installation process with the client. We can then measure and draw up detailed floor plans and educate them as to which product would be most versatile and most cost effective.
A Walk Through
We will then do a walk through, take a photo library of the rooms, and create a ‘wish list’ to help the client achieve a clear vision of their new space. Taking care to get to know their individual taste, or in some cases helping them define it. We offer a shop at home service to our clients providing suggested product samples & offering design advice where needed. From countertops & cabinets to flooring & paint, we can create a story board to give them an overall picture of their newly renovated space.
Project Management
As Project Managers we work with our clients creating a timeline, breaking down a detailed budget, sourcing & pricing materials and the hiring and scheduling of additional trades. With an organized game plan we can give them a clear vision of their renovation process. We can also work with General Contractor or home builder to ensure their money and efforts are spent wisely and suited to their individual needs.
